Many of our products are limited drops, made to order or produced in small batches. For this reason, we cannot accept returns based on size selection, change of mind, incorrect address or ordering mistakes.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If approved, MIRKOS may offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation.
Please do not discard the item or packaging unless instructed to do so.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product received.
We will review the case and provide further instructions.

MIRKOS is not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to:
- Selecting the wrong size
- Entering the wrong shipping address
- Ordering the wrong product
- Entering incomplete contact information
- Not reviewing the order before checkout
