Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

MIRKOS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to cover the cost of reshipping.
If the package is not returned to us, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement.
Lost, Stolen or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the package is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
MIRKOS is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed or misdelivered after they have been shipped or marked as delivered.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
